DESCRIPTION: For Hydrostatic and Mechanical Transmission. Creep Drive. Dual-clutch drive for top Hydraulic pumps and a hydrostatic driveline for creep control. * Equivalent to PFT-PCH/3000 The Transfer Case OPS923/H has a hydrostatic case module mounted at the main transmission output. It has been designed primarily for dry vacuum equipment, road and airport maintenance vehicles for asphalt regeneration, and vehicles for hi-rail applications. The OPS923/H is a unit within the family of Transfer Cases OPS923 (Direct Drive, Disconnect, W/C) featuring a hydrostatic case module mounted at the main transmission output. This group allows the hydrostatic drive of the vehicle by installing a hydraulic pump and a hydraulic motor at the transfer case and the hydrostatic case module, respectively. The transfer of the car is achieved by varying the forward speed without affecting the operational speed of the equipment. The hydrostatic case module, designed for various applications, offers multiple reduction drive ratios. This allows drive systems to operate at very slow speeds, ranging from 0.05 km/h to 1.5 km/h (0.03 mph to 1 mph), or at higher speeds of up to 25-30 km/h (16 mph – 19 mph). Split shaft PTO and Creep drive all in one gearbox. |
